Two of our young people with FosterCare UK came up with the idea of having a superhero quiz night. Both are huge Marvel and DC fans and thought they could work together to produce a quiz night for other young people. They worked together via Zoom along with Children’s Champion, Maxine over a 3 week period, having fun, planning and problem solving, whilst putting all of their ideas into a PowerPoint presentation.
The quiz night was a huge success and was attended by young people and staff. The teams were decided with the two young creators as team captains. There was Team Green (GREEN LANTERN) and Team Red (IRON MAN). Although the Green Team won the quiz, both teams were winners for taking part. The whole session was amazing! Lots of fun was had by all and there were also some very funny moments whilst discussing what superpowers each of us would like to have and why.
