To become a foster carer, you must meet our three primary requirements:
· You must be 21 years +
· You must have a spare bedroom
· You must be in good physical and mental health

Your fostering allowance will depend on a few different factors, including the type of placement, the age of the child in your care and where you’re located. However, allowances for most of our standard arrangements are in excess of £22,880 a year.
