FosterCare UK has achieved Investors in People status
Major independent fostering service FosterCare UK has achieved Investors in People status.
MD Jonathan Toomey said: “This sets us apart from other fostering services. It gives an assurance to prospective foster carers, employees and clients that we really care about the people who work for us and the quality of the services we provide.”
IoP chief executive Simon Jones congratulated FosterCare UK, adding: “Investors in People offers a flexible, practical and easy-to-use business improvement tool designed to help organisations and their people enhance performance and meet goals.
“I hope more organisations will be encouraged to sharpen their competitive edge by choosing to work with us.”
FosterCare UK was established in 2007 and recruits, approves, trains and supports foster carers in the South East and London to work with young people in care with complex and challenging needs.
